- Pomfret(big) - 1 no
- Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Red chilliy powder - ½ tsp
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Glarlic - 4 cloves
- Onion - 1 no
- Tomato(chopped) - ½ no
- Fennel seeds powder - ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - ½ cup
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - ½ tbsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - ½ tsp

Instructions
- For preparing baked pomfret, clean, wash and make 3 or slits on fish.
- Mix together salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder. Marinate the fish in this mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Now grind all the other ingredients together: red chilly powder, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds powder, coriander power,oil, onion, tomato, turmeric powder and salt.
- Spread evenly the ground masala over the fish.
- Place the fish in an aluminium foil and wrap finely.
- Cook the fish in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes or till done.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
