Ingredients

1 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
4 nos Eggs
1 cup Sugar
2 sticks Unsalted butter 250 gm
3 tbsp Orange juice
4 nos Cloves Grambu
4 small Cinnamon Karugapatta
2 nos Banana
1/2 cup Chocolate milk
1/2 cup Diced walnuts

Instructions

Mix nicely maida, baking soda and baking powder.
Powder the cloves and cinnamon sticks well.
Melt the sugar with 1/8 cup of water in a pan and after putting off the fire, add butter to it.
Beat the eggs nicely.
Blend the banana and chocolate milk in a mixie.
When the sugar syrup is cool, add the maida mixture slowly and stir it nicely without lumps.
Add eggs and banana mix to that and stir nicely.
Finally, add the cloves-cinnamon powder, orange juice and diced walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 325 c.
Pour the mixture into a greased (grease with butter) baking pan and keep it in oven.
After 30 mins, lower the temp to 300 c.
After 25 mins, switch off the oven.
After 5 mins, your delicious cake will be ready.
