Ingredients
- Onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Pumpkin(cubed) - 1/4 cup
- Potato(cubed) - 1/2 cup
- Beans(cut in one inch long) - 1/4 cup
- Geen peas - 1/4 cup
- Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
- Carrot(chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Green chilies(slit) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Paanch fodan(Mixture of spices like Fenugreek uluva, Nigella seeds karim jeerakam, Cumin seeds jeerakam, Radhuni ayamodakam, Fennel seeds perum jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing bengali mix vegetable, melt ghee in a pan and add the vegetables. Fry for a minut.
- Add salt, green chillies and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Add paanch fodan and 2 cups of water. Cook covered till all the vegetables are done.
- Mash the potatoes lightly and sprinkle garam masala. Mix well. For preparing bengali mix vegetable, melt ghee in a pan and add the vegetables. Fry for a minute.
- Add salt, green chillies and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Add paanch fodan and 2 cups of water. Cook covered till all the vegetables are done.
- Mash the potatoes lightly and sprinkle garam masala. Mix well.
- Transfer the content into a serving bowl and sprinkle lemon juice and grnish with chopped coriander leaves.
