Besan bhindi masala is a crispy and spicy dish made with ladys finger and chickpea flour . This is a north indian dish usually served with parathas and pooris. In this recipe we need to stir and saute ladys finger untill the roasted gram flour and the spices coats well with the vegetable. It is allowed to cook in low flame for the coating to turn crispy and crunchy. It is optional to add roasted groundnuts to this dish .

- ladys finger split 2 cups -
- jeera 1 sp -
- fennel seeds 1sp -
- onions sliced 1 cup -
- red chilli powder 1 sp -
- salt to tasste -
- garam masala 1 sp -
- besan flour or gram flour 4 sp -

Instructions
- heat oil add jeeera and fennel seeds
- add onions to it
- add ladys finger to it and saute untill the sticky thing goes off
- now add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and besan flour
- cook it in slow flame untill the spice coats well and turns crisp.
- serve hot
