  • Take a bowl and add 1 cup besan.
  • Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt as required.
  • Now add ¾ cup water.
  • Prepare a smooth batter.
  • Dip the bread slice in the batter coating the bread well.
  • Place the bread on a hot tawa with some butter. You can top it with some vegetables too dipped in batter.
  • Cook for a minute and flip over. Toast both sides adding butter as required until they turn golden and crisp.
