This Black Forest Cake is a famous and a delicious one from Germany. It is a rich cake with four layers filled in with whipped cream and topped up with chocolate and cherries.

For Baking:

For Cherry Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 10 Cherry
  • Dark chocolate for topping


  • Now mix all baking ingredients in baking list beat with blender
  • No grease baking tin and pour mixture and pre heat oven 180degree and bake for 35 mins in 160 degree
  • Now in chill bowl add whipped cream and blend well and add icing sugar and vanilla essence blend well refrigerate for 30mins
  • In heavy bottom vessels add sugar and water and make syrup and add cherries and turn off , allow to cool
  • Now cake will be ready in oven allow to cool in another rack and with help of knife loose side and remove from tin and allow to cool 10 mins and refrigerate 30mins
  • Now cut cake in bottom and cut three layer of cake and pour cherry syrup in each layer
  • Now apply whipped cream in cake
  • Spread evenly and keep one by one on each layer and apply sides of cake and refrigerate for 20 mins
  • Now Grate the chocolate and keep aside
  • in icing disposable bag add some cream and squeeze round shape on cake
  • Now sprinkle grated chocolate and top of the cake
  • Now throw chocolate on sides of the cake
  • Now Strain cherries from syrup and arrange on top of the cake
  • Black forest cake is ready
