- Onion(chopped) - 1 no

- For preparing the delicious dish, first break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, chopped onions and chillies and beat well with a fork or hand blender. The mixture should be well beaten.
- Divide the egg batter into two parts and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a frying pan.
- Repeat with the other three slices of bread and the remaining egg batter. Since eggs are added, the dish is wholesome and complete.
