- Onion - 1 nos
- Tomato - 1 nos
- Ginger - 1 small piece

- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Maida - 1 tbsp
- Cornflour - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- add onion, and saute it for 2 minutes
- add tomato and green chili and mix it
- add red chili powder, garam masala. turmeric powder and salt and mix it
- add 1 glass of water and allow to cook for 5 minutes
- add egg and mix well
- cut the corner in the bread and also divide into two pieces and dip in the water
- stuff the egg masala
- roll it
- mix maida, corn flour and rice flour in the bowl and dust the egg roll
- heat the oil in the pan and fry it
- now bread egg roll is ready, serve with ketchup
