- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Shallots(kunjulli) - 100 g
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Dry chillies - 10 nos
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing brinjal mezhukkupuratty, saute curry leaves and mustard in oil.
- Add it to the pan and fry well.
- Remove the lid when done and add some more oil and fry well.
