Ingredients
- Broccoli 1 cup -
- Flatterd rice/ poha 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Red chilli 2 no. -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Jeera / cumin seed ½ tsp -
- Bengal gram : 1 tsp -
- Broken black gram ½ tsp -
- Cashew nut 7 no. -
- Lemon juice 3 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
- Finely chop the onion, red chilli and make lemon juice
- In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, black and bengal gram
- Add Curry leaves and Red chilli.
- Now add onion and saute it till it turn brown
- Now add Salt and cashew and mix it
- Add Broccoli, lemon juice and turmeric and mix well
- Add poha / Flattened Rice and Mix well.
- Now Broccoli Lemon Poha is Ready. It can be Served as an evening Tiffin
