  • 2 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Crushed pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely sliced
  • Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • Sunflower oil to fry
  • Salt As reqd


  • Wash the chicken nicely and cut the boneless chicken breast into strips, like french fries.
  • Marinate chicken with pepper and salt. Keep it for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown.
  • Strain the chicken from oil and keep it aside.
  • Heat another pan and add little butter.
  • Add ginger and when nice aroma comes, add 3 - 4 tbsp of hot Sauce and a little water. Let it boil.
  • After boiling, add the fried chicken and a pinch of salt to taste.
  • Make it a thick gravy.
  • :- Serve with hot dog buns.
  • :- You can also make burger with this.
