- Chicken breast - 2 lb
- Crushed pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(finely sliced) - 1 tbsp
- Hot sauce -
- Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp
- Sunflower oil to fry -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Wash the chicken nicely and cut the boneless chicken breast into strips, like french fries.
- Marinate chicken with pepper and salt. Keep it for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown.
- Strain the chicken from oil and keep it aside.
- Heat another pan and add little butter.
- After boiling, add the fried chicken and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Make it a thick gravy.
- :- Serve with hot dog buns.
- :- You can also make burger with this.
