  • Heat the ghee in a pan and add semolina and and saute until it changes color and become crisp.
  • Add hot water into this and stir well for 2 mins until the semolina gets cooked.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder and yellow color (mixed in a little water).
  • Stir well until the kesari doesn`t stick to the pan.
  • Add fried cashewnuts and kismis.
  • Pour kesari into a bottom flat bowl and keep aside for 1/2 hour to let it cool.
  • When it cools, cut it into any shape and refrigerate.
  • :- Tasty kesari is ready.
