  • 1)For preparing butter crab, cut the crabs into medium size pieces.
  • Melt butter in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add garlic, onion and curry leaves adding salt and turmeric powder.
  • Fry for 2 minutes and add crab. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  • Now add coconut milk and bring to boil. Cook covered in low flame till the gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with crushed pepper and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, chappathy etc.
