- Crab(cooked adding salt) - 250 g
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- garlic(crushed) - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - ½ tsp
- Butter - 1 ½
- Curry leaves(s sprigs) -
- Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
- Pepper(crushed) - ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - ½ tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- 1)For preparing butter crab, cut the crabs into medium size pieces.
- Melt butter in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add garlic, onion and curry leaves adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Fry for 2 minutes and add crab. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with crushed pepper and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, chappathy etc.
