- Calf’s liver - 4 slices
- Chicory(peeled and chopped) - 700 g
- Smoked bacon(minced) - 100 g
- Parsley(chopped) - 2 springs
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing calf¦s liver with chicory, take a sauce pan, add in 20 grams of butter, lemon juice, chicory, salt, pepper powder and 100ml of water. Cover the pan and allow it to melt over low flame.
- Fry the minced bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy and golden brown. Keep it aside.
- Fry the liver in another pan with 15 grams of butter, salt and pepper powder.
- Arrange the liver in a large dish, surround with chicory, bacon and parsley sprinkled over it.
- Calf¦s liver with chicory is ready.
