Instructions
- Boil the milk and remove it from the flame.
- Mix the caramel with the milk.
- Pour in the hot caramel milk to it and whisk again.
- Heat the mixture, stirring it continuously till it thickens. Allow it to cool.
- Add in the cream and whip the mixture.
- Pour it into an ice-cream churner and freeze it.
- Caramel ice-cream is ready. Serve chilled.
