- Carrots : 3 nos (chopped/shredded) -
- Green chillies : 2 nos (slit) -
- garlic 2 cloves -
- Coconut : 1 ½ cup (grated) -
- Mustard seeds : 1 tsp -
- Dry red chillies : 2 nos -
- Curry leaves Few -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Coconut oil : as reqd -

- Completely dry out the water. Strain and keep aside.4) In a processor crush green chillies, garlic and coconut.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil, splutter mustard seeds, chillies and curry leaves.6) Add the coconut mixture and fry in slow flame. Do not burn the mixture.
