Carrot Egg Thoran

  • Take a bowl and add grated carrot, coconut, green chilly, curry leaves and salt.
  • Mix well with your hand.
  • Heat a pan, splutter mustard seed and add the carrot mix.
  • Saute well and allow to cook with lid closed. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • Now after the carrot is cooked well, pour one egg into the stir fry.
  • Mix well and saute for 4-5 minutes continuously. Turn off the flame.
  • Healthy and tasty carrot mutta thoran is ready.
