Cauliflower Pakoda is a delicious deep fried snack favorite with both vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians. This super hit starter snack makes a great treat at parties. We have included a very simple presentation of Cauliflower Pakoda. The cauliflower florets are marinated in a spicy ginger-garlic mixture. Gram flour and rice flour is added to the marinated mix. Little water is sprinkled to make a thick batter. Pluck dough in the shape of pakodas and fry in hot boiling oil to a dark brown color. Enjoy Cauliflower Pakoda with hot and sweet tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower(big) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
- Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Green chillies(length wise slit) - 1 dozen
- Curry leaves(A fistful) -
- Refined oil - 350 ml
- Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 250 gm
- Rice flour - 100 gm

Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into big bunches.
- In a bowl, take the flower bunches, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, slit green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add salt and mix all of them well and keep aside.
- After 15 mins, add gram flour and rice flour to the above and adding water slowly, prepare a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a frying bowl.
- Reduce flame and add the dough with its ingredients as medium sized pakodas.
- Fry until dark brown.
- :- Serve with hot and sweet tamato sauce.
