  • 1 no Crisp lettuce head
  • 1 no Carrot diagonally sliced
  • 3 nos Cucumber diagonally sliced
  • 2 nos Lime rings for chakra
  • 2 nos Black olives for the centre of the chakra
  • 1 pack Mozzarella cheese cut into rounds
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 nos Garlic minced
  • 1 no Lemon squeezed
  • Sea salt few
  • Ground pepper few


  • Arrange the vegetables like shown in the picture.
  • Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a closed jar and shake well.
  • Pour over the salad and toss well.
