Chemmen Ulathu Hot and spicy prawns 1/2 kg Prawns (Chemmeen)1 no Onion (finely chopped, large)2 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)Ginger (crushed)1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)Curry leaves (A few)1/2 tsp Garam masala powder1/2 tsp Mustard seeds2 tbsp Oil Heat up a pan or a kadai.Add the cleaned prawns, all powders, 1/4 of chopped onion, crushed ginger, green chillies and salt along with a little water.Cook for 10 - 15 mins.Heat oil in another pan or kadai.Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves.Add the remaining chopped onion and fry, till they turn golden brown.Add the cooked prawns into it and fry, till the oil separates or it becomes dry.
