- Paneer - 1 Pack
- Onion - 1 No
- Tomato - 2 Nos
- Coconut - 1/2 Cup
- Coriander seed - 2 tsp
- Dry chilly - 5 Nos
- Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp

Instructions
- In a pan add 1 tsp oil then roast coriander seed.
- Add dry chilly and roast well.
- Add fennel seed, cumin seed & fenugreek seed one by one.
- Now add onion & tomato then saute well.
- Turn off the flame add coconut & then allow to cool.
- Now grind the above mixture smoothly.
- In a pan, add oil, temper curry leaves,dry chilly,mustard
- Add panneer & cook for few min then turn off.
- Now the Chettinad Panneer Masala ready to serve with chapathi or roti.
