  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken breast fillets or thigh fillets is good
  • 1/2 tsp Chillie powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Plain flour
  • Oil to fry


  • Cut boneless chicken.
  • Marinate this in salt chillie powder, lemon juice, egg, corn and plain flour.
  • Mix well.
  • Coat this chicken finally in til and deep fry.
  • Enjoy!!!
