Ingredients
- Chicken 1 Kg -
- corn flour half cup -
- crushed cornflakes 1 cup -
- All purpose flour : 1 cup -
- Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
- Pepper powder : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil as needed -
- ginger garlic paste 2 tsp each -
- Egg: 1 -
- milk 1 table spoon -

Instructions
- Clean the skin and cut it to pieces and if you need keep the skin.
- Add salt and pepper powder to it and mix it well.
- Then take one of the chicken piece and coat the mixed flour on it.
- Then repeat same with all the chicken pieces
- Keep it in a plate
- Add the coated chicken to the egg mix and mix it well
- Then add the chicken in to the remaining flour and mix it well.
- Repeat the same with all the other chicken pieces.
- Take a pressure cooker and add oil to it when its hot.
- Then add the marinated chicken pieces to the oil
- Close the pressure cooker and wait for two whistles
- And off the flame and wait for 5 minutes ,then open the cooker.
- Then transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl that is having sieves or holes, so that we can drain the excess oil
- Transfer to the serving dish
