- Chicken(thin strips, boneless) - 250 g
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar(A pinch) -
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Capsicum(sliced) - 1 no
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Cashew nuts(chopped) -
- Coconut(chopped) - 1 cup
- Ginger(grated) - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat little oil in pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add cashew and fry again.
- Add fried chicken strips and mix well.
- Serve super hot.
- Chicken coconut stir fry is ready.
