- Chicken : 150 gm (medium big size) -
- Onion – 1 no (chopped -
- Tomato : 2 nos (slices) -
- Green chillies : 2 nos -
- Garlic : 3 cloves (chopped) -
- Ginger : 1 small piece (chopped) -
- Soy sauce : 1 tsp -
- Cumin powder : 2 tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Vinegar : 2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Cury leaves : few -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- First marinate chicken with vinegar, green chillies, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, coriander, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.2) Allow it to marinate for ½ an hour.
- Cook chicken in kadai, till done.
- When done, evaporate excess water.5) Deep fry the chicken in a pan . drain and keep aside.
- Chicken dry roast masala is ready.
