Chicken Kothukari Ethnic dish 500 gm Ground chicken2 nos OnionGinger (garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp)2 tsp Tomato paste1 tsp Garam masala3 tbsp Oil1 tsp Mustard seeds and Black gramCurry leaves (A few)1 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd) Heat oil in a pressure cooker.Splutter mustard seeds and black gram and saute curry leaves.Add onion and fry it.Add ground chicken and fry it as well.Add ginger-garlic paste and salt to the chicken and fry it for 5 mins in simmer mode.Add tomato paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and fry it for 5 more mins.Add litle water may be a cup and cook upto 2 whistles in cooker.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve hot with rice and rotis.
