- In a pressure cooker, add coconut oil. Add onion, ginger and garlic chopped.
- Add chicken and tomato fry well.3) Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, and garam masala.
- Add water and cook the masala.5) When done, remove the lid and make it a dry gravy.6) In another pan, add little oil. Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
- When it turns brown color, add chicken and fry again.
- Very tasty chicken masala varatiyathu is ready.
