  • 1 no Chicken breasts
  • 1 no Cheese strips
  • All purpose flour As reqd, Maida
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 nos Sandwich bread slices
  • 2 nos Lettuce thin strips
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise & mustard
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Tomato and onion strips optional


  • Take the chicken breasts and dip it in a flour mixture. Prepare flour mixture by mixing required maida with 1 beaten egg, pepper and salt.
  • Deep fry the chicken breasts or pan fry it for about 3 minutes. Shred the chicken pieces.
  • Take the sandwich bread slices and top up with cheese strips. Place the cooked chicken pieces in the centre. Top with lettuce and garnish with mustard and mayonnaise. Now you can grill the Chicken N Cheese Sandwich by applying some butter on outside of the bread slices. Enjoy the snack with onion and tomato rings if you prefer.
