For preparing Chicken Noodles, first cut chicken into small pieces and add any fry masala and leave it for 10 minutes
Deep fry and set aside.
Boil water in a kadai, wait till the water starts bubbling, then add noodles, salt and add 2 to 4 drops of oil(oil is added so that the noodles doesn't stick). Remove it from flame after 3 to 5 minutes since some noodles takes more time to cook.
Remove it and strain the hot water and wash it off with cool water. This prevents the stickiness.
Heat oil, break egg, add pinch of salt, pepper and jeera powder and scramble and keep it aside
