Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Chicken
  • 1 no. Onion
  • 1 no. Capsicum
  • 6 to 8 nos. Beans
  • 1 no. Carrot
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 nos. Green chilli Can be removed/reduced and chilli sauce can be added instead.
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 3 packets Noodles
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 nos. Egg
  • 1/4 tsp each Pepper and jeera powder

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Chicken Noodles, first cut chicken into small pieces and add any fry masala and leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Deep fry and set aside.
  • Boil water in a kadai, wait till the water starts bubbling, then add noodles, salt and add 2 to 4 drops of oil(oil is added so that the noodles doesn't stick). Remove it from flame after 3 to 5 minutes since some noodles takes more time to cook.
  • Remove it and strain the hot water and wash it off with cool water. This prevents the stickiness.
  • Heat oil, break egg, add pinch of salt, pepper and jeera powder and scramble and keep it aside.
  • Cut onion, capsicum, beans, carrot, chillies lengthwise. Chop ginger and garlic.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add ginger, garlic and chillies and fry until the green smell goes off.
  • Now add all cut vegetables: onion, carrot, capsicum, beans and fry for about 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce and saute for a minute.
  • Add the fried chicken and egg and fry.
  • Add soya sauce and fry for a minute.
  • Add noodles.
  • Toss it well until the mixture and the noodles gets blended.
  • Serve Chicken Noodles hot with sauce.
