Instructions
- Wash and squeeze dry the chicken.
- Mix together all the ingredients and marinate the chicken in it for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
- Place it in a heavy bottom utensil(kadai) and cook on a low heat, till chicken is done and dry.
- :- Serve with boiled vegetables and bread rolls.
