  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - ¼ tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Chilly powder - ½ tsp
  • *Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Wash and squeeze dry the chicken.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients and marinate the chicken in it for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Place it in a heavy bottom utensil(kadai) and cook on a low heat, till chicken is done and dry.
  4. :- Serve with boiled vegetables and bread rolls.
