  • 900 gm Chicken cut in 8 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  • ¼ tsp Ajinomoto
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd


  • Wash and squeeze dry the chicken.
  • Mix together all the ingredients and marinate the chicken in it for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Place it in a heavy bottom utensil(kadai) and cook on a low heat, till chicken is done and dry.
  • :- Serve with boiled vegetables and bread rolls.
