Ingredients
- Chicken Sausage - 10 nos
- Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Cloves - 3 nos
- Onions(finely chopped, medium size) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Tomatoes(finely chopped, medium size) - 2 nos
- Salt(to taste) -
- Coconut milk(thick) - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves(to garnish) -

Instructions
- Boil the sausage for 5 min and drain well.
- Cut the sausage diagonally it in to small pieces and keep aside.
- Add finely chopped onions and saute till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Add turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and fry well.
- Then add finely chopped tomatoes and a little water and fry until all this gets cooked well and becomes a thick paste.
- To this add salt and the sausage and mix well.
- :- Empty this to a serving dish and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
