Add vinegar and white wine. Close it with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.Remove from the flame.In a pan, pour oil and fry the chicken wings.Transfer it to a plate and pour the remaining sauce(while cooking chicken) on the plate.Decorate with parsley leaves.Serve chicken wings - teriyaki style hot.
