  • 1/2 kg Beef sliced thinly
  • 1 no Onion cubed
  • 4 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum cubed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour


  • For preparing the delicious spicy dish, first marinate beef pieces with salt, pepper and corn flour. Refrigerate it overnight.
  • Deep fry the beef slices in oil. Drain and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, mix vinegar, soya sauce, sweet chilly sauce and hot sauce.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, fry onion, capsicum and green chillies. Add the grated ginger pieces and fry again.
  • Add the mixed sauce and fry again.
  • Add the beef and fry again.
