Ingredients
- Prawn - 250 gms
- Ginger(garlic paste – 1 tsp) -
- Spring onion - ½ tblsp
- Green chilly - 2 nos
- Corn Starch - 1 ½
- Soy sauce - ½ cup
- All purpouse Flour - 1 tsp
- Capsicum - 1 no
- White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- White wine - 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock - 1 ½
- Water - 1 tsp
- Oil -

Instructions
- Dust the prawns with little pepper powder and corn flour. Fry till light brown and keep aside.
- Mix together the chicken stock and soya sauce. Bring to boil till half.
- Add the fried prawns, capsicum, spring onion and white wine. Bring to boil.
- Now add the ground paste and boil till the sauce thickens.
- sprinkle some white pepper power and serve hot.
- Chinese prawns in sauce is ready to serve.
