Ingredients
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 1/2 cup
- Butter(melted) - 125 g
- Castor sugar/soft brown sugar - 250 g
- Eggs(large) - 4 nos
- Chocolate(200g) - 1 bar
- Baking powder(level) - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1/2 tsp
- Milk - 5 tbsp

- Chocolate icing to cover the cake -
- Colored sprinklers/pista -

Instructions
- In a bowl, melt chocolate with milk for a minute or more. Blend well.
- Add melted butter to it and blend again.
- Sieve together flour, cinnamon, baking and soda powder. Add to the chocolate mixture.
- Use a spatula to mix the egg white into the cake mix. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Meantime preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease a medium wide loaf pan.
- Transfer the batter into the loaf pan and bake. If the top browns quickly, cover with a foil and continue baking till well risen.
- Cool the cake and spread chocolate icing and colored sprinklers on top. Chill well and enjoy!
