  • 1 pkt Chocolate or Tea Biscuit
  • 100 gm Butter
  • 6 nos Cheese cubes
  • 1/2 tin Cream
  • 1/2 tin Condensed milk
  • 1/2 pkt Caramel custard
  • 1/4 Cup Milk

For Topping:-

  • 1/2 pkt Caramel custard
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder


  • Coarsely powder the biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  • Line this mixture onto a greased baking dish. Set in fridge to cool.
  • In a blender, combine cheese cubes, fresh cream, condensed milk, blend until smooth and sift.
  • Mix custard powder in cold milk and combine this with whipped cheese mixture.
  • Pour this on top of the biscuit.
  • Bake for 20 mins at 180 degree.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Combine all the topping ingredients to a saucepan and mix well for 3 mins or until all the ingredients are blended well.
  • Pour this on top of the cheese cake.
  • Garnish with strawberry, chocolate flutes or chocolate flakes.
