Instructions
- Coarsely powder the biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Line this mixture onto a greased baking dish. Set in fridge to cool.
- Mix custard powder in cold milk and combine this with whipped cheese mixture.
- Pour this on top of the biscuit.
- Bake for 20 mins at 180 degree.
- Allow it to cool.
- Combine all the topping ingredients to a saucepan and mix well for 3 mins or until all the ingredients are blended well.
- Pour this on top of the cheese cake.
- Garnish with strawberry, chocolate flutes or chocolate flakes.
