200 gm White Fish fillets250 gm Prawns, Squid, Crab meat50 gm Butter275 gm Marrows (sliced)100 gm Mushrooms (sliced)450 ml White sauce1/2 tsp Dried basil (optional)2 tsp Mustard powder (optional)Salt (As reqd)Pepper (As reqd)For Topping:-3 nos Potato (cooked and mashed)100 gm Butter1 cup MilkSalt (As reqd)Pepper (As reqd)100 gm Cheese (grated) Cook fish fillets, crab meat, squid cut into small piece and prawns with salt and pepper. Flake the cooked fish into a mixing bowl.Saute marrow and mushroom in butter and add to the flaked fish.Prepare the white sauce and mix in basil and mustard powder. Pour this into the fish and vegetable mixture.Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Line this mixture into a greased baking dish.Mix mashed potato with milk and butter and blend well to a smooth paste.Season with salt and pepper. Spread this evenly on top of the fish and white sauce mixture.Garnish with grated cheese and stuffed olives.:- Serve hot with toasted bread.:- Variation - Line bottom of the pie dish with cooked pasta to make a complete Dinner.
