  • Cut chicken into small pieces and cook with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and roast the vermicelli until golden brown.
  • Add salt and water to the roasted vermicelli and cook well.
  • When cooked drain and keep aside.
  • SautT onions, green chilies, tomatoes, black pepper powder for 5 mins.
  • Add the beaten egg and mix well.
  • Add the chicken pieces and scramble well.
  • Add this mixture to the cooked vermicelli and mix well with a fork.
  • :- Serve hot.
