  • 250 g Bittersweet chocolate chopped
  • 235 g Heavy cream


  • For preparing chocolate genache icing, first place the chocolate in a bowl. 2)Heat the cream in a small sauce pan over medium heat. 3)Bring the cream to a boil.
  • When the cream has come to a boil, pour over the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the ganache over the cake and pipe stars or flowers with butter cream icing once it is cooled.
  • Chocolate ganache icing iss ready.
