Ingredients
- Chorizo(cut them into 2 inch pieces, roughly 2-3 bulbs long, Pork Sausage) - 1/2 kg
- Basmati rice(washed and soaked for 10-15 mins) - 1 1/2 cup
- Maggi cubes - 2 nos
- Tomato - 4 nos
- Onion(big) - 2 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 2 nos
- Clove(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 4 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 one
- Pepper corns(Crushed) - 4 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Green pepper/Capsicum(diced into small cubes) - 1 no
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil(1 tsp or even less as the sausage will release a lot of oil while cooking) - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Keep stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Add chilly powder, turmeric and coriander powder.
- Close it tightly and cook for few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with raita.
- ** Note for Chorizo(Pork Sausage): For the convenience of cooking only remove the strings/threads. You can remove the skin at the time of eating if you need to. The skin is also edible.
