Instructions
- Dry roast the wheat flour on a low flame, stirring constantly till the colour changes slightly and gets aromatic. Remove from stove and allow the flour to cool completely.
- Divide this mixture into portions.
- Add ghee to each portion and roll into ladoos.
- :- If making for the first time, the laddoos might be a little hard to assemble, but practice makes perfect.
