- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Rice wine - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marination for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- When it is slightly brown, add the chicken with the marinade and fry for 4 mins.
- Add the drained rice and the mushrooms and fry, till the rice is opaque.
- Transfer the chicken rice mix to a claypot.
- Cook it on fire, till the water is almost gone and you can see the bubbles on the rice surface.
- Remove from fire.
- Heat oven to 150 degree and place the clay pot in the oven for 15 mins.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- :- Serve hot.
