Lamb with other ingredients - Coconut Lamb Gravy

Ingredients
- Lamb(cubed) - 1 kg
- Cinnamon(broken, Patta) - 1 inch
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 4 nos
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(finely sliced, big) - 3 nos
- Tomatoes(finely sliced, small) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 5 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tsp) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Thin coconut milk - 2 cups
- Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Curry leaves - 3 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add in cinnamon sticks, cardamom and fennel seeds. Saute it for a minute.
- Then add the sliced onions and saute till transparent.
- Toss in the slit green chillies, salt, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for a minute on low flame.
- Put in the chopped tomatoes and saute till it becomes mushy.
- Sprinkle in turmeric powder, pepper powder and chilly powder. Saute for 1 minute.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Coconut lamb gravy is ready. Serve hot with porata, bread, etc.
