Ingredients
- Onion(peeled and chopped) - 1 no
- Ground coriander - 1 tbsp
- Garlic pods(crushed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(grated) - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 11/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Lamb(cut into 1-inch cubes) - 1 lb
- Veg oil - 1/4 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Tomatoes(large, diced) - 4 nos
- Grated Coconut - 1 tbsp
- Green peas - 1 small
- Green capsicum - 1 no

Instructions
- Coat lamb with the above mixture and marinate, covered, overnight in a medium bowl.
- In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add lamb, onions and spices and stir until well browned.
- Add tomatoes (undrained) and coconut and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer lamb curry for 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Stir in peas, capsicum and cook lamb curry until thoroughly heated.
- :- Lamb Curry is ready.
- :- Serve Lamb Curry warm.
