Crab Curry Easy Crab in spices 4 nos Crabs (large)100 gm Small onions (sliced, Kunjulli)2 nos Green chillies (chopped)3 1/2 tbsp Roasted curry powder2 tsp Turmeric powderPepper (As reqd)½ tsp Chilli powder1 tsp Fenugreek (Uluva)2 pieces Gamboges (chopped, Kudam puli)1 stem Curry leaves2 cups Water4 cups Thick coconut milk1/2 tsp Mustard powderLemon juice (of 1 lime)Salt (As reqd) Clean the crabs and divide each into 4 pieces.Place them in a large pan, adding all the ingredients except coconut milk, mustard powder, lime juice and salt.Bring the contents to a boil.Add coconut milk and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.Add lime juice, mustard powder and salt.Stir for a few minutes until flavours are married.Remove from heat and serve hot.
