800 g Tomatoes1 no Onion (peeled and chopped)1 clove Garlic (peeled and chopped)1 spring Thyme2 tbsp Fresh cream10 nos Basil leaves (chopped)1/3 litre Hot water2 tbsp Olive oilPepper powder (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing creamy tomato soup, dip the tomatoes in hot water, peel and de-seed them. Chop it and keep it aside.Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry onion and garlic for 2 minutes on low flame.Add the chopped tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper powder. Pour hot water and mix well. Allow it to cook for 20 minutes.Remove the thyme and pour the soup into a blender and blend it.Return the blend soup into the saucepan and add in the cream. Heat it for 2 minutes.Garnish with basil.Creamy tomato soup is ready. Serve hot. Others
