Ingredients
- Tapioca pieces - 1 1/2 cups
- Onion(thinly sliced) - 1/2 cup
- garlic(crushed) - 3 cloves
- Green chillies(crushed) - 2 nos
- Dry red chillies - 4 nos
- olive oil - 1 1/2 dsp
- Lime juice - 1/2 dsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat 1 dsp of olive oil in a pan and fry red chillies, crushed green chillies and garlic. Fry for a few seconds and add sliced onion. Saute in low heat and pour the fried ingredients into the cuban tapioca mix.
- Cuban tapioca is ready and toss well before serving.
