Ingredients
  

  • Cucumber : ½ cup peeled and sliced
  • 5 nos Mint leaves : 4
  • Yogurt : 1 ½ cup thick and low fat
  • Ice cubes : few
  • Water : as reqd
  • Salt : a pinch
  • Lemon juice : 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash and grind cucumber, mint leaves yogurt, salt with few teaspoons of water for a thinner consistency.

  • Pour into a glass and add some ice cubes or chilled water and serve.
