Date milk cake is a tasty evening snack that we can make in our home with very few ingredients.The preparation method is very simple.You simply add chopped dates and cook them in milk and puree them.Then you have to mix it with the cake batter.

Instructions
  1. Cook dates in milk until it is soft and let it cool.

  2. Blend egg,sugar ,cardamom together in a blender.

  3. Add cooked dates into it and blend it again for few seconds.

  4. Add maida,salt and mix well with a spoon.

  5. heat oil in a saucepan or pressure cooker,pour the cake mixture and cook for 25 minutes in low flame.if you are cooking in pressure cooker don't put the pressure cooker weight on lid.
